As an Associate Relationship Manager II for Corporate Banking, you will
- Assist a Relationship Manager in development of research / analysis for sales opportunities across portfolios.
- Work closely with analysts to compile the data required in a meaningful fashion in order to support the customer needs based solutions
- Partner with Relationship Managers on calls to gain a better understanding of the client needs and data in order to prepare information for the future.
- Growing, retaining and attracting long term profitable relationships by providing needs based solutions to Large Corporate clients.
- Assist in managing credit and providing client service.
- Perform upfront analysis (projection/sensitivity modeling), due diligence, structuring, credit sheets, loan documentation and annual reviews while actively participating/supporting RM’s (loan structuring and loan closing), in preparation of Credit Offerings and Prescreen and CRMC memos.
- In conjunction with the RM, continually review the client’s business and Financial’s to explore cross-sell opportunities ( Treasury Management, Equipment Finance, Asset Management, Workplace Banking, Wealth Management and Capital Markets)
- Assist in the development of related sales proposals and presentations.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or Marketing
- 3 - 5 years credit related experience including financial analysis and underwriting-knowledge of credit and non-credit products.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Prior experience selling banking products is preferred
