You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in the fitness industry
  • 5+ years supervisory experience required; experience managing multiple client sites preferred
  • Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association,
    • in-person skills component required
  • ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Account Manager:
  • Oversee day-to-day fitness center operations
  • Interact with client and members; establish mutually beneficial relationships
  • Develop safe and effective programs; provide supervision as needed
  • Administer fitness assessments; provide results counseling as needed
  • Assist members with reaching their personal training goals as needed
  • Teach new and innovative group exercise classes as needed
  • Develop and implement creative incentives and health programs
  • Lead member recruiting efforts and participate in the membership enrollment process
  • Supervise all facility staff and provide ongoing training and growth opportunities
  • Develop annual program plans to ensure ongoing member engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate all aspects of the program to ensure program success
  • Work with the client to establish goals for the facility
  • Implement programs to achieve facility goals and track ongoing progress
  • Lead ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
  • Manage facility budgets for supplies, programming and group exercise
  • Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of equipment through third party vendor
