Job Overview: Responsibility for overseeing the outpatient clinical operations for TPP Orthopedics, PM&R, Pain, Podiatry and Physical Therapy in the office based settings. Work collaboratively across TH/TPP to meet pillar plans for Growth, Culture, Quality, Financial, and Service Excellence. Accountability for planning, organizing, directing and coordination of clinical services performed in designated office locations. The Director is responsbile for physician relations, staff productivity, operating budget and review of monthly variance reports; KPI's. The Director maintains a matrix reporting relationship accountable to other TPP Service Line leaders and TriHealth hospital leadership. Responsiblities include initiatives in support of physician and staff development, physician and staff recruitment, and the selection and onboarding of these roles. Oversees a range of roles across the sites including physicians, advanced practice nurses, physical therapists, other healthcare professionals outside of nursing, registered nurses and support staff. Assists physicians in developing clinical quality indicators and developing EPIC designs to optimize quality and practice. Daily coordination of provider and staff schedules across sites in support of access and care coordination initiatives. This includes patient care outcomes, human resource issues, financial management, departmental environment, clinical effectiveness and customer service issues. Provides service line and departmental support for TriHealth operating budgets and strategic plans and fosters continuous quality improvement. Participates in manpower planning as it relates to new providers, including recruitment and interviewing process. Is responsible for budget development and management; prepares and adheres to operation budgets, submits for capital equipment purchases, plans facility modifications, evaluates services, measures performance and develops staffing plans for all areas of responsibility in support of TriHealth System goals and annual operating budgets.
