We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Demand Generation Specialist - Marketing Project Management. The responsibilities of the marketing project management specialist include coordinating complex marketing campaigns, organizing tasks with the project owners, and ensuring marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.
To be successful as a marketing project management specialist, you should have strong strategic planning skills and experience planning and executing multi-touch marketing programs. Ultimately, a top-notch marketing project management specialist should have excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
The position reports to the Senior Director, Demand Generation and can be remote-based if the candidate is not local to the Chicago area.
Your Role In Action:- Working with the Demand Generation leadership to map out the tasks needed to implement the team's quarterly strategy.
- Building, mapping and updating project boards and tasks.
- Tracking projects and milestones, identifyingrisks and roadblocks and communicating the team's progress at regular intervals throughout the quarter.
- Collaborating with project owners, writers and graphic designers totrack the development of creatives and content needed to execute demand generation campaigns.
- Creating and managing a projectcalendar and scheduling deadlines.
- Tracking marketing campaign budgets and ensuring that all staff adhere to them.
- Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2years of related work experience in project management, demand generation, or marketing experience
- Experience with project management theory and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Highly Preferred: Experience with project management tools (Asana), experience with CRM and Marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo) and experience in legal tech and/or legal in general
- This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives.
- The expected salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $97,000. The final salary offered will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
- Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
