Direct and manage all activities related to State requirements for prevailing wage administration in public capital improvements contracts, support the state, federal and university's equal opportunity requirements of contractors, establish large volume, high dollar contracts for university-wide purchases, and assist the university in meeting community relationship interests by providing central advocacy for diversity in suppliers.
