Because of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist.

The Marketing Specialist is a communications-centric role that works within our Marketing Communications (Marcom) group, focused on our Google partnership and other strategic partners in our Digital Innovations Business Unit. This entails working closely with the unit's team to design, align and execute on communications strategies across multiple regions. You'll work alongside writers and designers within Marcom to oversee and manage those deliverables. This spans both digital and print communications, conferences, events, e-mail campaigns, lead nurturing tactics, client presentations, videos, training initiatives and more.

Responsibilities

* Execute strategic marketing communications plans for the business unit
* Work closely with Google and other strategic partners to create integrated marketing campaigns that help accelerate our sales cycle and keep us top-of-mind, including virtual/in person events, conferences, content including case studies, blogs, ebooks, etc.
* Collaborate with both field sales and internal sales teams on programs and projects.
* Manage the business unit's conferences and client/partner events - from pre-show marketing efforts to "in-booth" messaging to post-show communications.
* Drive and execute product & solution campaigns for both new and existing business.
* Showcase customer advocacy through delivering testimonials, case studies, videos, speakers and award submissions.
* Support strategic meeting/presentation support (i.e. Google, high-profile clients/prospects)

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication or related field with 4-6 years related experience OR master's degree in marketing, Communication or related field with 3 years related tech-industry experience.
* In lieu of degree, 6 -10 years related marketing experience in a B2B tech-related industry.
* Potentially be able to travel at least 25% for conferences and to regional offices, due to the strong value and impact of this role.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with a CRM, Marketing Automation Platforms, various presentation methods and multimedia formats is strongly desired.
* Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Ability to communicate your vision to writers and designers in an exciting, thorough and succinct way, for you'll be working with them often to complete many of your marcom deliverables.
* Excellent self-starter and independently motivated, with a strong passion for results and action
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
* Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes -- as well as internal initiatives.
* Partner Marketing experience is a plus, Google partner marketing experience preferred.
