We are hiring for our growing Training department!

This position does require overnight travel, 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate instructor led and virtual technical training courses to customers and employees.
  • Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
  • Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
  • Facilitating training programs in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by participating in VEGA product and industry educational training opportunities.
  • Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
  • Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
  • Liaise with fellow instructors to provide/ensure consistent delivery, on-going support, learning and mentoring and demonstrating a strong team spirit and work ethic at all times.

What you'll need:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree - technical, engineering, business related or related experience AND 2 years of instructor base experience
