Manages the companies C.A.S.E. membership and the internal/external audit program. Manages vendor approval and oversight program.

This includes:

  • Fuel audit
  • MRO audits
  • De-Ice audits
  • Vendor approvals

Provide management oversight for the Continuous Analysis Surveillance System (CASS) program. Has the authority to propose changes to the Company CASS manual procedures. Provides recommendation to CASS board members. Chairs the monthly CASS meeting by providing presentation of corrective actions recommendations and results of analysis. Position is responsible for providing feedback to upper management on staffing, tooling, training and other needs to maintain a robust CASS program.

This position also includes staffing for the Technical Operations Safety Assurance (TOSA) group. This position will provide management and guidance for the TOSA and assist in the interfacing with the Technical Operations group to provide Safety Assurance reports, analysis, and risk analysis processes per the Safety Management System.

Job Functions:
  • Direct/accomplish ongoing surveillance auditing of external and internal agencies
  • Ensure the root cause and corrective actions are adequate for long-term correction
  • Manage the follow-up audit schedule to ensure the corrective actions have been implemented and are effective.
  • Provide the Cass Board with a monthly report of all findings, root cause and trend analysis of vendor, facility, and internal audit program
  • Provide recommendation for continuous improvement through analysis data collected from Internal, External and Safety Assurance audits
  • Manage the monitoring schedule for contract line maintenance and heavy maintenance activities that ensures compliance with ATI and FAA requirements
  • Facilitate and oversee Risk Assessments for the Technical Operation Department. Oversee and assist with Safety Management investigations.
  • Interfaces with maintenance, operational and reliability departments to determine root cause of system deficiencies of Maintenance and Inspection programs.
  • Develop and manage analytical and reporting tools that captures the data needed to measure, report findings and trending of qualifying hazard events, quality audit(s), investigation(s) and safety data for Quality Assurance, CASS and Safety Assurance functions

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Five (5) years' experience in aviation quality control or quality assurance
  • Airframe and power plant license

Preferred Job Skills:

  • Associates degree desired
  • 2 2ears prior management experience
  • CASE Level III auditor qualification

Physical Requirements:

  • Employees are regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
  • Comply with ATI attendance requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
