Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, high energy, spirited individual to join our HR department. Ultimately, a top-notch HR Coordinator should be a great communicator with a flair for interacting with new people as you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our new hires have a smooth and positive introduction into our organization. You will be responsible for organizing and implementing the UKG on-boarding process with all new hires.

Responsibilities of Position:

  • Responsible for managing candidate experience and all preboarding activities.
  • Support all new hires with onboarding in HRIS (UKG) prior to first day of employment.
  • Send welcome letters and information to all new hires prior to day 1.
  • Create offer letters for all new hires.
  • Serving as a point of contact for new hires prior to day 1, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the UKG onboarding process.
  • Support with tracking and reporting.
  • Upload offer letters into employee UKG file.
  • Document attendance into HRIS.
  • Other duties as needed.

Skills & Abilities Needed for Position:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
  • Excellent communication in verbal and written situation.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi task.
  • Must work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
  • Ability to identify issues and resolve problems.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced work environment and respond to shifting priorities.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with all information contained within the scope of employment.

Physical Requirements in a Regular workday:

  • Rarely lifting/carrying a max of 10lbs.
  • Rarely pushing/pulling a max of 10lbs.
  • Continuous Sitting in Office Environment
  • Continuous hand/finger dexterity

Additional Working Conditions/Aspects:

  • Ability to work flexible hours; overtime, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license (if applicable).
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.
  • Must be able to read and speak the English language.

Qualifications

Education
High School (required)
General Education Diploma (preferred)
Bachelors of Relevant field (preferred)

Experience
HRIS experience. (preferred)
2 years: Previous experience in HR Administrative functions. (required)
