Job Description:
- Craft individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to address the distinct needs of each student, encompassing interventions such as resource room assistance, inclusion strategies, and pullout services.
- Motivate students to achieve academic excellence and foster their creative thinking abilities, empowering them to realize their maximum potential.
- Engage in specialized professional development sessions focused on enhancing expertise in special education curriculum and utilizing data tracking tools effectively.
- Benefit from a wealth of resources, including guidance and support from our dedicated curriculum and instruction team, credentialing specialists, and the school's leadership cadre.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite.
- Possession of either the K-12 Intervention Specialist license or the K-12 Education Handicapped License is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience of one or more years in developing individualized plans to optimize students' progress toward their educational objectives is essential.
