Our Commercial Operations team is currently seeking a talented and versatile professional to join our team in the combined role of Business Analyst & Business Process Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending/developing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Work collaboratively across multiple business and IT stakeholders.
• Current state process mapping.
• Design and optimize future state processes.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for automation.
• Development of automation solutions through available technologies and tools.
• Analyze project needs.
• Discovery / requirements gathering.
• Developing functional requirements.
• Work with IT Developers to translate requirements to facilitate development.
• Developing and executing QC and testing to ensure high quality delivery.
• Developing wireframes, training, and support documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related degree.
• Experience with automation tools and relevant programming languages (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, Python/R, SQL).
• Analytical thinking with great attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Ability to work independently and lead increasingly large initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 0-2 years of experience in similar roles.
