Voted a Top Cincinnati Workplace for 4 years running, Medpace is growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Software QA Tester to join our Information Technology (IT) team. The Software QA Tester position is a vital role whose success relies upon your knowledge, experience, and dedication. The Medpace IT department delivers software solutions that enable and empower both internal and external customers to manage their business processes most effectively and efficiently. Our Software QA Testers ensure these custom solutions are designed, built, and implemented correctly. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks:

Responsibilities
    Create and maintain automated suite of test scripts;
  • Design, create, and execute test scripts for testing of complex scenarios, including test data setup;
  • Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution; and
  • Review manual test cases and help determine the best areas to automate.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
  • 1+ years of automation testing and/or software development;
  • Experience with black and white box testing;
  • Experience with Jenkins is a plus!;
  • Experience with automation platforms like Selenium, Katalon Studio, TestingWhiz, HP UFT, Test NG or TestComplete;
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, HTML5, CSS or C#;
  • Experience in testing responsive web applications and APIs;
  • Experience querying databases to test data centric features; and
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
