How You'll Perform the Role

  • Organize and input all testing pertaining to Safety and Audits
  • Input all GEMBA reporting into spreadsheet for Production and Shipping
  • Input all incident tracking for Close Calls, First Aid and TIR's
  • Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly inspections
  • Assist Safety Manager with training scheduling
  • Perform GEMBA walks
  • Inspect plant floor for close calls
  • Update all Safety Boards Follow all applicable food service policies and procedures.
  • Follow all PPE policies, wearing steel toed shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, hair nets/beard nets, etc. as required.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

What We Need From You

  • High school diploma, GED, and/or 3 to 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Three to five years clerical experience preferred
  • At least one year experience in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Must have reading, math, written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, organization skills and is able to multi-task
