As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will:
Learn how to work within a corporate environment
Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About The Team
Client Engagement & Retention (CERT) is responsible for developing and executing initiatives to drive revenue and Client Experience improvements from onboarding through the entire client lifecycle. CERT is a data-driven organization that utilizes agile project management methodology and quickly adapts to the ever-changing payments environment. What You Will Be Doing
You will develop insights based on data analysis and help implement programs across the organization. You will develop processes for these programs and work with leaders to ensure a best in class user experience. Other responsibilities could include writing business requirements for tools/systems, documenting procedures, system access administration, and general project management. You will work directly with senior sales leaders, strategic business partners, finance, product, and marketing to deliver results on key initiatives.
What You Bring
Advanced MS Project, Excel, Word or similar skills
Process improvement mindset
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand nuances across metrics and build a commercial story around data
Quick ability to learn new and potentially technical topics, and then communicate this technical detail in a clear and simple way to sales leaders
Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to look ahead and foresee issues and plan around them
Comfort with change and working in a fast-paced environment
Added Bonus If You Have
Understanding of Agile project management
Experience managing project and/or known as being a "task master"
