DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Project Manager has a solid functional fundamental PM skill set across small to large scale social media projects with exposure to varying project types. Applying and honing fundamental knowledge base of both soft and hard PM skill set plus contributing to PMO Process Development and Improvement is critical for this role. Displaying a thirst for continuous improvement in a creative environment is mandatory at every level within the PMO. The ability to create strong trusting relationships across all functions, will also be a key contributing success factor. This position plays a hybrid Project Management/Client Partnership role, meaning this role is both internal and client facing.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES AND FUNCTION:
Work in tight partnership with cross-functional disciplines to ensure integration throughout the project lifecycle.  
Mastery of driving the work and what it takes to get it done
Exercise a fundamental approach to Project Management across small to large-scale project types.
Exercise the ability to think about process and how the work should get done, while still maintaining a flexible approach respective to individual Client needs and expectations.
Flawless execution of every deliverable and project; ensuring that work is accurate and completed according to time, within scope and budget.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under a fast-paced, high-pressure and deadline driven environment while maintaining balance and business maturity.
Ability to develop thorough SOWs, contracts and proposals for clients and partners.
Contribute to the development of process improvement documentation to help drive Program efficiencies
Manage short and long-term resource needs and expectations across respective Client Project types.
Exercise the understanding of how to balance quality, efficiencies and budget.
Implement best practices for new Business and RFP’s including scope, resource modeling.
Thrive on details including driving and meeting schedules, notes and next steps, which leads to a strong ability to keep workflow on track, on time and within the estimated budget.
Day-to-day client contact for social media accounts.
Responsible for trafficking assets to clients, receiving deliverable feedback from clients and disseminating to internal team, leading client status calls and participating in client review meetings.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS required 
3-6 years or relevant experience (Agency preferred)
