Job Description
Our Admissions Welcome Center Student Ambassadors will serve as thought partners in creating a compelling NKU visit experience for prospective students and families.

Students in these roles will:
  • Create a welcoming environment for all visitors
  • Share their personal NKU experience through facilitating and leading the campus visit experience (ie., telling your NKU story when in contact with prospective families)
  • Execute assigned Admissions follow-up strategies for all NKU visitors (daily visits, on-campus events, etc.)
Primary Responsibilities
Duties include:
  • Provide customer service for welcome center visitors
  • Administer front desk responsibilities
  • Facilitate campus tour experience for prospective families
  • Operational tasks related to visits (event preparation, visitor follow-up, emails, outreach etc)

  • Carry out calling campaigns as assigned by Admissions Leadership
  • Answer inbound customer service calls
  • Respond to General Admission email inbox messages

Pay Rate $12 - $14 per hour
