The IT Systems Analyst:
- Develops and maintains analytics and reporting solutions.
- Develops and maintains ETL solutions.
- Assists all departments in the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions.
- Analyzes current technology systems for potential enhancements and defects.
- Uses analysis to implement improvements and fixes.
- Provides process improvement recommendations for Solvita.
- Designs, develops, and maintains new and existing applications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
- BS degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent experience required.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.
- Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care.
Work Environment/Physical Activities:
- Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to be on-call as needed and be available to travel to branch locations.
